Shipping

Standard shipping is $9.50 and arrives in 3–6 business days.

Express shipping is $24.00 and arrives in 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. The threshold is calculated on the order value before shipping and tax.

Delivery estimates are business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 2–3 business days longer than the estimates above.

We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.

Orders placed before 1:00pm CT on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, go out the next business day.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Tracking usually takes a few hours to start showing movement — that gap is the carrier's scan schedule, not a lost parcel.

The Serving Platter, the large Oak Board and the Marble Bath Tray ship in their own boxes because of their weight. An order containing one of these may arrive as more than one parcel, on more than one day, with separate tracking numbers for each.

This is normal and not a sign that something is missing. The confirmation email lists which items are in which parcel.

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, check with neighbours and around the property first, then email support@veratishome.com. We open a claim with the carrier and, in nearly every case, ship a replacement without waiting for the claim to resolve.

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, which is why it is collected separately from your billing address. Check it before submitting — we cannot redirect a parcel once the label is created.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we refund the order value but not the original shipping.
